Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At Space Age Foods, we take great care to ensure that our products reach you in good condition. Your satisfaction and food safety are important to us.

1. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@spaceagefoods.in or 8850537715, quoting your order number.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Returns and Exchanges

As Space Age Foods sells packaged food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal taste preferences or products ordered by mistake.

However, customers may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, email contact@spaceagefoods.in with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

Our team will review your complaint and, once verified, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Please retain the affected product and packaging until your complaint has been reviewed, where safe to do so.

4. Non-Delivery of Orders

If your order has not reached you within 10 days of order confirmation, please contact our customer support team.

We will investigate the delivery status with our shipping partner. If the order is confirmed lost or undelivered, we will arrange a refund or replacement, as appropriate.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, as agreed with the customer.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are requested to verify their delivery address, PIN code and contact information before placing an order.

Space Age Foods cannot guarantee delivery where incorrect or incomplete shipping information has been provided. Additional charges may apply for replacement shipments.
